MemeCommander stores the following data locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account:

• Meme images you import or create
• Tags and organizational metadata you create
• App preferences and settings

iCloud Sync

MemeCommander uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data across your devices. This means:

• Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account
• We do not have access to your data
• Your data is not shared with us or any third parties
• Your data is protected by Apple's iCloud security and encryption
• Syncing requires an active iCloud account and is optional

Data We Do NOT Collect

MemeCommander does not collect, transmit, or share:

• Personal information
• Usage analytics or tracking data
• Location data
• Device identifiers
• Any data beyond what's stored in your iCloud account

Third-Party Services

MemeCommander does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party service used is Apple's CloudKit for iCloud synchronization, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Your Data Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete any content at any time within the app
• Disable iCloud sync in the app or iOS Settings
• Delete all app data by deleting the app from your device
• Manage iCloud data through your iCloud settings

Children's Privacy

MemeCommander does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. The app does not require any personal information to function.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Security

Your data security is managed by Apple's iCloud infrastructure. We recommend using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication on your Apple ID for maximum security.
