MemeCommander - Data Collection and Storage

MemeCommander stores the following data locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account:

• Meme images you import or create
• Tags and organizational metadata you create
• App preferences and settings

MemeCommander - iCloud Sync

MemeCommander uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data across your devices. This means:

• Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account
• We do not have access to your data
• Your data is not shared with us or any third parties
• Your data is protected by Apple's iCloud security and encryption
• Syncing requires an active iCloud account and is optional

LexiGrid - Data Collection and Storage

LexiGrid stores minimal data locally on your device:

• Your game progress (completed levels)
• In-app purchase status (unlock status for premium levels)
• App preferences and settings

LexiGrid does not use iCloud sync. All data remains local to your device.

In-App Purchases

LexiGrid offers in-app purchases to unlock additional content. Important information about purchases:

• All payment processing is handled securely by Apple
• We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information
• Purchase records are maintained by Apple and governed by Apple's privacy policy
• We only store a simple flag on your device indicating your purchase status

Data We Do NOT Collect

Our applications do not collect, transmit, or share:

• Personal information
• Usage analytics or tracking data
• Location data
• Device identifiers
• Email addresses or contact information
• Any data beyond what's explicitly stated above

Third-Party Services

Our applications do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

• MemeCommander: Uses only Apple's CloudKit for iCloud synchronization
• LexiGrid: Uses only Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases

Both services are governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Your Data Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete any content at any time within the apps
• Disable iCloud sync (MemeCommander only) in the app or iOS Settings
• Delete all app data by deleting the app from your device
• Manage iCloud data (MemeCommander only) through your iCloud settings
• Restore in-app purchases (LexiGrid) on new devices through Apple's restore mechanism

Children's Privacy

Our applications do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. The apps do not require any personal information to function.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our applications constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Security

For MemeCommander, your data security is managed by Apple's iCloud infrastructure. For LexiGrid, data is stored locally on your device using iOS's secure storage mechanisms. We recommend using a strong passcode on your device and enabling two-factor authentication on your Apple ID for maximum security.
